Finally, analyze those views above through cases.In the aspect of the assignment management of mining industry rights, this article mainly dedicates the analysis of the economic meaning for mining industry right cost in our country, after wants it points out existing problems and raises suggestions and methods. Recently, there are few studies on this subject in our country, and the correlative studies concentrate on their economic meanings and appraisal methods. Therefore, the topic and aspects of this article are more original and unique, so as to provide references to mining management and raise the assignment appraisal management level of mining industry rights in our country.Because of limitations of time, information, length, etc, there are some shortages as follows,Firstly, during the process of information collection, I saw that the main body of the foreign system of mining industry rights for consideration was the premium system (This is the payment from the mining party to the owner of the non-renewable resource), which included bonus, rent of mining industry rights, etc; while the premium was collected by prescriptive rates and did not need appraisal. Thus, there is no further study of this foreign system and correlative discussion. Secondly, this article needs improvement on the range and extent of studies.
