Study On The Strategy-oriented Group Company Comprehensive Budget Management System

This article focuses on the strategy-oriented group company comprehensive budget management system. To achieve these goals, by using normative analysis and case analysis, I study five point:(1) The guiding role of strategy for comprehensive budget management;(2) The method to construction strategic planning for Group company;(3) Group company how to the comprehensive budget management system;(4) The group company’s comprehensive budget management how to system undertake;(5) The process to carry out comprehensive budget under the guiding of strategy for group companyI try to conbine strategy and comprehensive budget management for finding the relation. I make an attempt for improving the comprehensive budget,by using strategy. To achieve the gole,I reaserch five issue:(1) The strategy versus for comprehensive budget;By using normative analysis and from definition of strategy, I thick that the effect of strategy on comprehensive budget incarnate at four aspect:①Pointing out the Vision、aim and business model for comprehensive budgeter;②Construction the standard for comprehensive budgeter;③Strategy assert a claim of organizational building and allocation of resources for comprehensive budgeter;④Strategy demand improving variation capability of omprehensive budgeter; (2) Researching on how to construction strategy- system;In the five part, I summarize the method for construction strategy of planing and goal, by inside and outside researching.(3) Researching on how to the comprehensive budget management system:①insure the construction method for comprehensive budget management, fom the principle of construction’s system.②How to create a good environment for comprehensive budget;③Researching the circulation system of comprehensive budget;(4) How to undertake the group company’s comprehensive budget management system;(5) Researching on how to carry out comprehensive budget under the guiding of strategy for group companyInducting a group company,named A, I make a Omni- Directional study on strategy system’s construction and execution, combining of comprehensive budget management and stategy-goal, the results of strategy-oriented group company comprehensive budget, improving of strategy-oriented group company comprehensive budget.Last, I summarize the method of instituting an effective strategy comprehensive budget management system and combine both sides to improve the valuement of the group company.
