Study On The Values Matching Degree Between Professional Managers And Family Enterprises

Family firm is a kind of enterprise form which is the most complex internal structure of the enterprise groups, the scale difference maximum and relatively more number in China. The growth problem of our family enterprise is still increasingly prominent after thirty years’development. It’s an inevitable choice for the family firms to work together with professional managers if the family firms want to continue its development. However, the real phenomenon is that all kinds of conflict occurred after the cooperation between professional managers and family firm, this conflict led to professional manager’s turnover rate gradually increased. The most fundamental reason of this conflict is that the professional manager’s values and the family enterprise’s values do not match, and causes difficulties in the process of cooperation, then led to discord eventually.Based on the literature research, and on the basis of family enterprises in Henan Province for empirical study, use the mathematical statistical methods to analyze the values of the matching between the family enterprises in Henan province professional managers and family enterprises, we can get the province’s family enterprise development situation by the level of the matching degree.This thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is introduction; chapter two defined the relevant concept and summary of the thesis; chapter three is design the papers; chapter four is statistical analysis and conclusion. The fourth chapter is the core part of the whole article, with the family enterprise of Henan province as an example, through questionnaire surveys to collect large amounts of data, and use SPSS18.0 to analysis the samples of descriptive statistical, and then questionnaire reliability analysis. Finally, analyze the values match degree of professional managers and the family firms and puts forward some management advices.
