Analysis For Profit Of Third Party Logistics Based On Collaborative Mechanism

Profit-model is the system which is about the company’s profits source, production process and production method. Establishing a profit-model according with company development trend is essential to the the economic society development. The reasearch on the profit of Third Party Logistics based on collaborative mechanism is beneficial to improving the public service level, of optimize and distribute resources and promote the further development of circulation industry and modern service industry.On the base of Industrial Economics,Logistics Service Theory , Synergetics and Gmae Theory,this paper researches on the Profit-model of Third Party Logistics and analizes its collaborative mechanism by systematic view and procedure theory. It also studies the game behavior of third-party logistics providers by Evolutionary game theory and profitability of third-party logistics in analysis of cost-benefit. These researches results provide the theory instruction for sustainable developing and sustainable harmonious competitive advantage of the third-party logistics enterprises, and bears much significance for the improving the level and efficiency of materials circulation.The paper outlines the present situation of circulation industry, supply chain coordination and profit-mode and then puts forward the research angle; it analysis coordination mechanism of the third-party logistics, elaborates ideological content of third party logistics profit model,the effected factors and the traditional profit-model and some new value-added profit-mode, explaines the advantage and risk of some main profit-modes;the articale sets up a game mode of the third-party logistics provider breaking the limit of completely rational hypothesis based on coordination mechanism. And gets the conclusion that collaborative strategic will be affected as different evolutionary path induced by the initial state of the game player and the learning speed of population , and a numerical example is given to illustrate the analysis.Then, combining the specific case of a Logistical CO., the article discusses the profitability of third-party logistics in analysis of cost-benefit. At last, some measures and suggestions are put forward in order to improve the coordination mechanism and the profit-mode of third-party logistics.
