Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Green Multimodal Transport Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

Under the background of speeding up the development of multimodal transport in China,centering on the theme of "structural reform and adjustment of transport supply side",the Ministry of Transport and other departments are aware of the necessity of promoting the development of green and low-carbon transport.Under such circumstances,green multimodal transport emerges at the historic moment.Although China's multimodal transport has made many new achievements in the early stage of development,there are still many problems in the process of innovation and development of multimodal transport.How to break the complex interest relationship between the government and multimodal operators and create a new pattern of green multimodal transport in China has become one of the important research directions for the development of China's transportation industry towards comprehensive transport.In view of this,the main work of this study is as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of this research are discussed,the research status of green multimodal transport at home and abroad is analyzed,and a comprehensive review is given,the necessity of this research is put forward,the main research contents and specific research methods are clarified,the basic framework of this research is clarified,and the main innovations of this research are pointed out;secondly,the basic outline of green multimodal transport is proposed and defined.Read and review the basic theory.By defining the concept of green multimodal transport,this paper focuses on the analysis of the externality,incremental cost and incremental benefit of green multimodal transport,which provides the theoretical basis for the following.Then,the paper makes a deep interpretation of green multimodal transport,summarizes the current development situation of green multimodal transport in China,and analyses the main problems faced in the development of green multimodal transport in the emerging stage.In order to find out the factors,interests and behavior choices that hinder the participants of green multimodal transport,this paper lays a foundation for the follow-up evolutionary game research.Then,a two-party evolutionary game model of "government and multimodal transport operators" is established to analyze the evolution stability of multimodal transport operators,government and the system respectively.Then,Vensim Software is used to analyze the evolution stability of multimodal transport operators,government and the system.The system dynamics model is established and the numerical simulation is carried out.The influence of relevant factors on the stability results of system evolution is analyzed,and the simulation results are analyzed.Finally,according to the simulation results,the incentive mechanism framework of green multimodal transport is constructed and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of green multimodal transport are put forward.
