The Research Of The Collaborative Mode Between Manufacturing Enterprises And Third Party Logistics Under Cluster Environment

Under the rapidly changing market environment, new requests have been made for the the products and services of the cluster industries. The original separate competitions among the enterprises have been transited to the collaborative relationship based on the win-win principle. The exploration and practice between the cluster enterprises and the third party logistics Show obvious practical significance and research value.This dissertation is guided by the collaborative mode between production enterprises and the third party logistics, and makes deep exploration and research on the most core profits and risks.To start with, basic information such as the basic research backgrounds, significances, methods, contents and relative concepts and theories are illustrated. Under the point of the connection between the cluster industries and the third party logistics, the feasibility and obstacles of the coordination for the cluster industries and the third party logistics is analysed.Secondly, the enterprises involved in the Shi Jiazhuang equipment manufacturing base are taken as the research subjects, the Shapley profit allocation mechanism is adopted to define the profit allocation value.Thirdly, starting with the definition, factors and characteristics of the risk, the mechanism and principles of the process of the collaborative risks are explained and the comprehensive risk identification is made for the cooperation. Under the cluster enterprises, the empirical analysis is carried out for the collaborative risk by adopting the grey comprehensive evaluation model. Risk quantification is defined by the risk quantification model and periodic risk control stragety is put forward with the process of collaborative life circle.Fourth, based on the analysis of the profits and risks of the collaborative model between the cluster industries and the third party logistics, the profit allocation and risk quantification linear curve are built respectively, the variation rule of which is testified by the involved enterprises. The collaborative choices of the critical point as well as its range are figured out by the involved enterprises.
