Research Yunnan Metallurgical Group Company Control Model Optimization

Group control of enterprise groups was always a management problem. Group control major researched that group companies how to control and management the subordinate company, how to assign power and resource, and improved operational efficiency, finally realized the strategic target, realized group shareholders’ value maximum through designing the group’s control model, optimizing structure and defined responsibilities.In the paper, Yunnan metallurgical group Co.,Ltd which one of the key enterprises in Yunnan Province was a research object. The paper was divided into five parts which researched and analyzed the control mode, problems and control status of the group, and had put forward the improvement plan. The first part was mainly explained groups control theory, which provided a theoretical basis for the full text. The second part analyzed the control status and problems of Yunnan Metallurgical Group. The third part showed necessity and possibility of the control mode optimization from group development strategy, management mode positioning and etc. The forth part according to the two factors that the correlation of main business and the strategic importance between current Metallurgical Group and subordinate company, optimally designed control system from several aspects, such as control focus and content, the rights and division between group headquarters and subsidiary, management systems, control processes and etc. The fifth part summarized all and prospect future development trends of the group control.At present, group control research is an important subject in theory and business circles of China. The paper is contributed to two sides, one is provided meaningful guidance to Metallurgical group’ development, promoted group rapid, health, sustainable development, and laid a solid foundation for Yunnan metallurgical group becoming hundred billion enterprise, another one is provided worth learning programs for same industry or related problems research in other areas, and further enriched and improved for China Group control system.
