A Study On Technology Innovation Strategy Of Tianjin Metallurgical Group (Holding) Corporation

Technology innovation in Metallurgical enterprises is considered the lasting motive for the sustainable development, with distinct characteristics of industry, economy and the times. Among factors that affect technology innovation of Metallurgical enterprises, the mechanism of technology innovation is at the core and plays a key role.The backgound , purpose ,meaning and research methods of this dissertation are discussed In charpter 1. We also discussed the situation, problem and characters of Chinese Metallurgical enterprises. In charpter 2, we extended the meanings of Technology innovation, and researched the history of Technology innovation theory. Then we analized the macro and micro environments of Technology innovation in Tianjin Metallurgical Group (holding) Corporation (TMG). In charpter 4, we established the strategy goals of TMG, and built a synergetic model to evaluating the strategy system. The model is a useful tools for the decision maker. At last, according to the real situation of TMG, we put forward a series of suggestions to help the enterprise to improve the level of technology innovation. Some questions we could go deep into are also discussed in the end.
