Bg Company Internal Optimization Analysis And Improvement Of Railway Transportation

Along with the unceasing expansion of globalization, especially after China’s entry into the WTO, the degree of participation in international economy, international trade and international competition was getting stronger. Therefore, high-level competitive strength of enterprises is required, especially the core competitiveness. The core competitiveness consists of many aspects, including product quality, technology content, managerial effectiveness, staff, factoryprice and the rest. Regarding manufacturing enterprises, the core competitiveness must be promoted by upgrading the use technology of equipments, optimizing the effective utilization of equipments and unceasingly reducing operation costs during daily production and management.The present paper takes the railage in a nationalized iron and steel enterprise (hereafter refers to as BG Company) which I work for as the research example, on the basis of technical theories of rail vehicle and rail track. It locates problems and reasons which affect the optimizing efficiency of the locomotive in the enterprise by analyzing current development situation, spot investigation and internal interview of the same trade at home and abroad, combining with related theoretical research involving operational research, managerial economics, organization behavioristics, enterprise resources plan and project management. To be specific, through theoretical calculation and technical analysis of the rail vehicle and rail track, the optimizing technical parameter of the rail vehicle could be obtained. On this basis, solutions could be proposed in many aspects including organization, device management, post regulations and resource planning adjustment in order to optimize the equipment management mode, perfect the managerial system as well as optimize resource planning. Meanwhile, some methods would be adopted in working practice to resolve specific problems, so as to improve the live use method, the management mode and the effective utilization of the rail vehicle, raise economic benefit as well as reduce the enterprise operation costs.
