This text adopts the research of importing the logistics of iron ore to the iron and steel enterprise of our country, import to of our country iron and steel enterprise iron ore logistics supply external current situation and optimization of logistics of chain carry on overall analysis, import iron ore current situation of logistics to of our country iron and steel enterprise, put forward, go on method that optimize and take Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant as an example case analysis of going on to it, for our country iron and steel enterprise being to import mineral flow, reduce purchase cost put forward corresponding optimization measure and suggestion. The thesis mainly includes five parts:The first part is an introduction, which briefly introduced the background of the topic and the research significance, and did the document survey to the correlation content, outlined the main content of the article.The second part introduced the current situation of the logistics of iron ore import in our country, and has analyzed the present transportation environment.Part three and part four is the subject part of the thesis, mainly propose the optimization model that our country imports the logistics of iron ore, method optimized in importing the administrative decision that the mineral flows.Part five import Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant iron ore logistics optimizes as case analysis, put forward with optimize model and administrative decision optimize, import mineral shed feasible method of expense.The sixth part is the conclusion and the forecast, which made a concise summary of this article, and pointed out the innovation and weak point of the article, prospect the studies in the future.
