Competition in full swing in the whole business, restructuring of the telecommunications operators in place, Henan Mobile Group’s customers face an extremely competitive market, and TD technology with other mobile operators,3G technology has lagged far behind in comparison. Macro-environment through-Group market analysis, environmental analysis and micro-group market, SWOT analysis can be seen, our customers have been some new changes in the market:the stock market, the competition group on the overall market to control the increasing influence; converged communications products, information technology projects have become an important means of market competition; customer-oriented business management and further highlights the demand for services; Group Marketing Group customer service work for the new requirements. Group customer market under the new situation there are some new features:intense competition in the market, customer needs diversified service model stratification and products industry and so on.In this context, Henan Mobile Positioning Group customer market is working, what is the overall marketing strategy, the Group markets products, prices, channels, how to develop marketing strategies, how to improve the Group’s competitive market response mechanisms, how do the groups enhance customer value and ultimately achieve sustainable and healthy development of enterprises is the need to study the contents of this paper.
