Civil aviation industry is one of the basic industry of national economic development. With China’s rapid economic development, the domestic civil aviation market has become the fastest growing market. Domestic airport industry is one of the latest market-oriented industry, the market operation on the one hand the domestic airport industry has been developing rapidly within a short time, partly because of market-oriented operating philosophy and the lack of experience, but also to bring enterprise class airport the capital structure is irrational, the direction is not clear and other issues. If these problems can not be solved in the future will directly affect the healthy development of domestic airport industry, the aviation industry has become a national economic development based on a short board. By studying the Capital Airport Group’s development strategy for the Capital Airport Group to find the right direction, on the one hand enable the Capital Airport Group to achieve better efficiency, the other class of business for the domestic airport operations to establish a benchmark for market-oriented science, and promote the entire domestic aviation industry.By studying the development of domestic and international airport industry trends, key factors, combined with the development of the Capital Airport Group, the past experience and lessons of history, we believe that the positioning of the Capital Airport Group, the future is the airport industry as the core of large enterprises (group). Qualitative analysis of the value chain, combined with advanced case studies, we believe that three aspects should be mining profit model, namely to build a profitable business portfolio, increasing the Group’s operating profit, and to promote its growth; reasonable control of the scale of construction investment, improve the return on investment capital level; to take measures to optimize the capital structure, reduce the cost of capital. Meanwhile, the Capital Airport Group should adhere to the "Airport+professional managed company" business model, adhere to the professional company, "specialization, branding, industrial" development. Capital Airport Group, the industry choice is: to strengthen the aviation business; retain a non-aviation business, and actively pursuing industrial development; keep airport operations, continue to develop; actively involved in the development of navigation and port logistics; keep financial services, and sub-operations further restructuring, optimization; is not appropriate to real estate as an independent business to nurture, but mainly in invading the real estate business; out of tourism.
