Research On The Abroad-Emdedded Model And The Reverse Knowledge Spillover Of The High Technology Enterprise Taking High Technology Enterprise Of Zhejiang As Example

High technology enterprise which promotes the development of national economy, is one of the important forces to science and technology progress. High technology enterprise undergoes two stages in our country:the military industry accumulation phase and the technology and foreign capital introduction and promotion stages after the reform and opening-up policy. Especially since the reform and opening up, high-tech enterprises with foreign technology got certain development in our country. But because of the foreign capital enterprise in order to remain competitive advantage, it often keeps secret to the core technology or improves the technology transfer price with the help of its technological advantage, sometimes, it takes low prices to sell production to reduce profitability in the domestic and overseas markets, plus high-tech updated quickly, the product low life cycle and the introduced technology short backward, it leads to hi-tech enterprise has low competitive advantage in technology and foreign capital introduction mode. In such cases, the government encourages enterprise "go out", participate in the competition of the international market, access to technology and knowledge to overseas.With the embedding many case studies method, using four zhejiang province high technology enterprises as an example, we analysis and research the abroad-embedded model and the reverse knowledge spillover model in high technology enterprise. Firstly, we review the current research on the enterprise’s embeddedness, knowledge spillovers and reverse knowledge spillover, and put forward the research problem:How many the abroad-embedded model and the reverse knowledge spillover model in high technology enterprise in our country? What the match relation between the abroad-embedded model and the reverse knowledge spillover model. What factors affect the High technology enterprise’s reverse knowledge spillover. Secondly, we construct theoretical framework about the abroad-embedded model and the reverse knowledge spillover model for the first time on literature. Thirdly, we employed within-case analysis to analyze four cases to obtain model of the abroad-embedded model and the reverse knowledge spillover model. Finally, we performed a multiple case study to check the theoretical model and obtain the factors which affect the reverse knowledge spillover.The conclusions are following:(1) the open abroad-embedded model is match to "sponge mode" of the reverse knowledge spillover.(2) the closed abroad-embedded model is match to " straw mode" of the reverse knowledge spillover.(3)The high technology enterprise’s abroad-embedded model is not sole, it has the characteristics of the open abroad-embedded model and the closed abroad-embedded model.(4) The different purpose of the high technology enterprise, its choice of abroad-embedded model also should not be the same.(5) the high technology enterprise’s abroad-embedded process is meet the enterprise’s international development process.(7) the factors which affect reverse knowledge spillover are innovation mode, human resources, the store of related technical knowledge, R&D investment and learning mechanism inside enterprise.In a very long period of time, private enterprises in zhejiang are often famous for " Less investment, short cycle, quick effect, high efficiency ", but often produce "capital float" and "industrial free" the basic impression, such as the recent "wenzhou boss run road tide" phenomenon. But the paper selected four high and new technology enterprise, is the new era of knowledge enterprises in zhejiang representative, is the representative of rooted industry and the global integrated knowledge resources. This research enriched categories of the study of the knowledge spillovers, at the same time, it can provide reference to the high technology enterprise to embed abroad and provide Zhejiang sample empirical analysis conclusion.
