The birth and rapid growth of Internet in China sharply boost the number of Internet users, which lays a foundation for network business in market. In recent years, cybereconomy as well as online shopping consumers are on the rise in a large scale. Therefore, several enterprises are getting into the network market in succession, which expands much wider space for the development of business. With the increase of business enterprises in network market, the competition is increasingly fierce day by day. Confronting with the diversity of services and products, online shopping behavior of consumers is also inclined to famous brand. Thus, it has been a big marketing concern for enterprises establishing a good brand image in the networkThis paper, being devided into five chapters, studies the establishment of brand image of Zanghao Food under the Internet environment taking Tibet Nyingchi Zanghao Food Co., Ltd. as the case background. In Chapter 1, it introduces the background and value of the research, putting forward to the research methods of the paper. Chapter 2 induces marketing theory of brand and network brand. Chapter 3 analyses the enforcement of strategic environment for network brand based on the current situation, network market, behavior characteristics of online shopping consumers on food, and the competitors, which also explicits the opportunities and obstructions of its enforcement. Chapter 4 subdivides the network market of Zanghao Food Co., Ltd. based on the analysis of the environment, identifies target market, and puts forward the implementation framework of network brand. In Chapter 5, it stretches the implementation framework of network brand for Zanghao Food Co., Ltd. by means of the construction and promotion of its platform.
