In the process of overall informatization, there are mass of data and information resources produced,, so it needs a kind of method to organize, manage and use the mass data scientifically and efficiently, to meet increasingly diverse business application, and at the same time improve the efficiency of management of the information resources. The analysis both at home and abroad shows that, management level of mass data will become the index that measured the enterprise vitality in the next round. Although the perspective of mass data management is optimistic, but now there are still a lot of technical challenges to overcome. The storage strategy research focuses on the improvement of the efficiency of the space, and the query strategy focused on improving the efficiency of time, it cannot express advantages the overall system comprehensively. This thesis from this angle, taking mass data as the research object, studies mass data the optimization of storage and inquires strategy.This thesis firstly analyzed major theory research of scholars both at home and abroad, summarized the characteristics of the current main storage and inquires strategy, in view of the existing problems in the current research, put forward the contents and targets of the optimization, then from the point of life cycle of mass data, the thesis researched on many key technologies including table partition, storage based on object, inquires decomposition and so on, and then put forward storage optimization strategy based on object by using the technology of table partition and query optimization strategy based on decomposition of the query. And then, in view of these key technologies, a series of discussion were made, through research the basic scheme optimization strategy was gotten, and at the same time, the distributed environment was determined to be the environment for the verification of the strategy. Finally, in the simulated environment, it realized the function of configuration information, documents’and reading and writing operation in the storage part, realized the function of decomposition of query, optimization of query and results synthesis in the query part; Through the comprehensive function of the above modules, the thesis completed the quantitative validation tactics of the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization strategy. This thesis, starting with the actual demands of overall informatization, through the deep research of the conventional theory, put forward the mass data optimization strategies of the storage and query, and tested in the simulation environment; the optimization strategies balanced time efficiency and space efficiency of the system, and finally realized anticipated target, they had certain application value.
