Long storage products,with long term storage time and one shot characteristics,have to be stored for a long time before deployed.Due to the complex environment stresses and human factors,the performance of the products will degenerate or even malfunction.It is of great significance to improve the performance of the product and reduce the maintenance costs of the storage period by adopting reasonable inspections and maintenance methods to obtain the performance information of the product timely and accurately so as to effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of the failure and the effects of the faults.This paper focuses on the optimization of storage strategy for long storage products considering economic relevance and availability.Starting from a single storage state,finally,the problem is extended to a multi-storage strategy optimization.And the main research contents include the following aspects:Firstly,research on the periodical maintenance strategy of long storage products without considering the deterioration of the detection period is carried out.According to the degradation characteristics of long-term storage products in the long-term storage,this paper describes the degradation process of long storage products by using a stationary Gamma process.And then,based on the characteristics of periodic inspection,a corresponding maintenance testing model is established.Finally,optimization models are established based on the availability of storage period and the maintenance cost of storage period,respectively,to optimize the periodic inspection intervals.The development of a reasonable periodic test interval can reduce the problems of over-detection and under-repair,which have a significant effect on improving the availability of the storage period and reducing the maintenance costs.Secondly,the sequential inspection and maintenance strategy of long storage products not considering the degradation of the test period is investigated.Based on the real-time reliability requirements,the real-time degradation information is used to make a sequential inspection strategy.Then the product failure modes are analyzed and the concept of preventive maintenance is introduced,and we assume that there exist of multiple failure levels in the potential failure period,and there are a variety of corresponding imperfect maintenance means.Further analysis of the incompleteness of the effect of maintenance on the performance degradation and performance degradation rate of the product are discussed,and then we put forward the maintenance strategy of the combination of incomplete maintenance and complete maintenance.Aimed at improving the storage availability of the long storage product and reducing the storage,respectively,the optimization models are established on the two aspects of the real-time reliability requirement and the upper limit of incomplete maintenance optimized by computer simulation.Furthermore,the influence of different combination of maintenance cost and time cost on maintenance strategy are further discussed.Finally,study on maintenance strategy of long storage products considering degradation of testing period is discussed.By analyzing the storage process of long storage products with multi-storage status,the process is abstracted as a multi-stage problem with natural storage and detection stages.Then,the multi-stage Gamma process is used to model the system degradation process in multi-storage mode.And then we define the corresponding failure mode.Next,the optimal cost and availability of storage periods are taken as the optimization objective,the length of natural storage period and the upper limit times of imperfect maintenance are respectively used as the optimization parameters to establish the optimization model and simulate the optimization.
