Due to the trend of globalization, competition between companies actually turns into a competition between supply chains. The supply chain network has the characteristics of hierarchies and complexity, it reflects the competition among same level’s members and coordination between members of different levels. Academia and business community are interested in the conditions of how to get the supply chain network’s equilibrium. However, because of many different reasons, the equilibrium of network is hard to achieve. So we can introduce contract to coordinate network to reach an equilibrium. This article introduces a buyback contract to coordinate the supply chain network. The main contents are as follows:1) Giving an domestic and international literature review on the study of the supply chain and the supply chain network, analying and summaring the existing researches, pointing out the problems of the existing researches, giving the feasible direction for this article.2) Studying the supply chain network which is organized by multiple operators, multiple sales and markets under different uncertain demand’s environments of the fuzzy, fuzzy random and random fuzzy. Exploring whether the network can achieve equilibrium under the different uncertainties (randomness, fuzziness).3) Coordinating the different levels’members’interests of the network with the buyback contract, analying conditions of diferents levels’members on reaching an equilibrium state by applying the Nash equilibrium, using credibility theory and variational inequalities to count the members’optimal strateges.4) Comparing the interests of the members of the supply chain network between using the buyback contract and unsusing the buyback contract, exploring whether can the buyback contract play a coordinate role under different uncertainty demand environments, analying the sensitivity of the contract’s parameters, descriping the impacts of the analysis parameters for the equilibrium of the supply chain network.
