| Gem listed company growth is one of the hot issues of academic research in recent years, including the factors affecting the company growth analysis, the evaluation of company growth. Researching gem listed company’s growth, so as to enhance the comprehensive strength of the gem listed companies and lay the foundation for a healthy and sustainable development of the GEM market.Firstly, this paper sketch the research results of company growth at home and abroad and domestic gem listed company growth, and briefly introduce the connotation of company growth and related theory. Secondly, the study summarizes the characteristics and current situation of the development of the growth enterprise market and listed companies, analysis the factors that influence the growth of our country the gem listed companies from outside to inside, and design a relatively complete growth evaluation index system, including growth base dimension, risk dimension, innovation dimension, growth quality dimension, growth dimension, growth efficiency dimension. Again, we take the 314 listed companies which launch on the gem before December 31, 2013 for the study sample, use the SPSS to exact six factors, and select ten indexes according to the factor score coefficient matrix to study the gem listed companies. Finally we select 29 listed companies which launch on the gem before December 31, 2009 as research sample, use the dynamic evaluation method based on time series stereodata list- variance drive principle, get the growth ranking from 2009 to 2013, and 29 gem listed company’s growth can be divided into steady growth, the fluctuation growth, jumping growth according to the changes in the ranking of the maximum differential sequence. The empirical analysis found that 29 sample companies only five companies belong to the steady growth, it shows that most of the companies listed on the gem market, its growth is not stable, some listed companies growth even present a downward trend. |
