China’s growth enterprise market run more than four years and has been the subject ofmuch attention.GEM IPO was suspended at the end of2012.Then China SecuritiesRegulatory Commission issued the “Opinions on Further Promoting the IPO reform” inDecember in2013and GEM IPO restart again.Companies listed on growth enterprise becomea hot spot once again.Growth enterprise market service for high-tech and high-growthcompanies market as a financing platform.GEM provides a smooth financing channel forChina’s small and medium sized high-tech enterprises and contributes to the promotion ofthem to be mature.The growth of companies listed on growth enterprise growth has beenstudied by many researchers as serious attention among investors.This paper intends to select2012financial data of companies listed on GEM and usefactor analysis to evaluate growth,and analyze the factors to provide reference for listedcompanies and investors.This paper first reviews the research scholars of companies listed on GEM,includingfactors analysis on companies listed on GEM and evaluation methods on companies listed onGEM and growth evaluation system; Secondly,the paper structure companies listed on GEMevaluation system growth on the basis of a brief analysis of the status of China’s venturemarket.Then the paper selected growth,profitability,risk control,operating capabilities, abilityto obtain cash,risk,management ability,innovation,etc.8level14composed of six specificindicators combined with the unique characteristics of GEM listed companies to build acommon factor evaluation system.Again,the paper choose our GEM343listed companies as asample ended on December31,2012.The paper get their growth score and score of eachcommon factor using factor analysis method,and then arrange the common factors accordingto degree of impact.Finally,the paper determine the overall growth according to the compositescore of growth of companies listed on GEM. Most of the listed company’s overall growth isvery good,and few company’s overall growth is good or bad.The difference between them hasa big gap.
