The Study Of Supply Relationship Integration Of HB Power Grid Company

The relationship between suppliers and enterprises which was described as "opposition" and "competition" years ago has now been gradually moving into "cooperation" and "win-win" and it not only decides whether the enterprises can get higher-quality and lower-price materials but also affects their future strategy and common development. On one hand, objectively, large state-owned enterprises have a large number of suppliers and huge amount of procurement which is difficult to manage, on the other hand, subjectively; their willing of sharpening the competitive edge is much stronger than any time before, so they urgently require supply relationship integration method to solve those problems. This paper takes the information of HB Power Grid Company as an example, and analyzed the problem of supply relationship integration in large-scale state-owned enterprises by three steps:evaluation, classification and integration of the supply relationship. In the section of supply relationship evaluation, this paper gets the first level of evaluation indexes by summarizing literatures which have similar content. Then refinements them into second level evaluation indexes and use supplier data as evaluation data. In the second part, supply relationship classification. This paper uses cluster analysis method to divided the relationships of233suppliers into6categories, then it analyse the characteristics and commonalities of various types of supply relationship. In the third part, supply relationship integration, basing on the improved Kraljic model, this paper considers three factors:supply relationship characteristics, material type and supply performance. On this basis, this article analyze the pros and cons of the various types of supply relationship firstly, then compared with the ideal supplier of enterprise and combined with the actual situation to draw out the recommendations of the supply relationship integration.
