| With the advanced manufacturing model such as Global Manufacturing, Agile Manufacturing and Virtual Manufacturing emerging since the 1990s, the new organization model that is characterized by dynamic alliance comes into being in the enterprise. The traditional production and resource allocation have taken place qualitative change. Best way to reflect this change is the thought of supply chain management. The supply chain management has changed the traditional "vertical integration" model to the "horizontal integration" model. Competition in the market will not be the competition among corporations any more, but the competition among the supply chains. So, the members of supply chain need to form better cooperative relationship in order to ensure that the entire supply chain win in the competition.This paper studies the relationship quality of supply chain and tries to measure how exactly relationship types among enterprises will influence it by empirical research. In the first, the paper introduces the background and significance. Moreover, the paper reviews the literature of relevant research both domestic and overseas, in which we mainly review relationship and relationship types, relationship quality of the supply chain. And put forward research hypothesis and theoretical model. The index system structure of the questionnaire and initial questionnaire are formed according to study hypotheses. Meanwhile, the research object and the persons who will be investigated are chose. The paper analyses the distribution of samples and the validity, reliability of the questionnaires through arrangement, coding, inputting, data analysis to questionnaire. Then, we do correlation analysis and regression analysis by spss13.0. Meanwhile, verified the assumptions. At last, the paper points out the conclusion and inspiration, as well as future research directions. Hope to give some theory support of management in the process of cooperation among enterprises of supply chain. |
