Shanghai Mogobaby Department Store Co. Ltd is a comprehensive maternal and child services platform is a set of mother and child one-stop shopping stores, children’s playground,swimming pool, Internet shopping mall, parent-child site in one, is committed to become one of the largest maternal and child services. The company was founded in 2008 July, since the 2009 April opened its first store, is now in Shanghai city community intensive area has 27 chain stores. In the mogobaby store, we have a lot of famous brand to join the mother and infant, enjoy for mothers and babies bring healthy life.Mogobaby department store is now in a period of rapid development, although the company continues to introduce new management concepts to improve the company’s comprehensive management ability, but the human resources management has failed to keep up with the rapid development of the company’s footsteps, human resource management there are many problems. Therefore, this article base on the mogobaby department stores present human resources situation, conducts the research to the problems in the human resources management, the paper puts forward a scheme of resource management optimization of human corresponding.This paper from the theory of human resource management concepts and related theories, then analyzes the present situation of human resource management of mushroom baby department stores, the ideological root and root system to explore the question produces, finally summarized as follows:personnel recruitment planning unreasonable, lack of evaluation system, the lack of targeted, effective training the performance evaluation is not scientific, lack of motivation, lack of compensation incentive of enterprise culture propaganda.According to the problems existing in the mushroom baby store, puts forward the specific, practical and feasible human resource management optimization scheme, mainly as follows: the personnel requirements analysis,design recruitment system, training needs analysis, 360 degree evaluation scheme, salary and welfare design again, strengthen the building of enterprise culture.Based on the human resources management of modern human resources management theory to study mogobaby department store, to strengthen human resources development and management, enhance the enterprise comprehensive strength and core competitiveness can play an important role in guiding.
