Talent resource is a strategic resource of the21st century’s economicdevelopment and trade competition. It is not only a valuable resource but also thefundamental driving force of enterprises and national economies in present and future.However, in the current market economy, the flow of talent and even the brain drainmore and more become dissemination. At the same time bringing the positive impactof the decimal, most of the flow of talent bring some negative effects of the variousenterprise. So, the flow of talent is going to impact to the developing countries.Especially now, the Vietnam’s construction industry really needs talents, but the flowof talent is more and more dissemination and increasing. In addition, this phenomenonhas not been received the appropriate research. So, in order to be able to face with thisphenomenon, it is not easy to the Vietnam’s construction industry. Therefore, thisthesis is to explore the problem with the flow of talent in the Vietnam’s constructionindustry and then made some suggestions.This paper includes six chapters. The first chapter presents the researchbackground and research-related contents. In order to make readers easy to understandthe theory, which continued chapters are according to. The second chapter introducesthe theory with the flow of talent. The third Chapter research on the status of theconstruction and the flow of talent in China, the United States and Japan. Then, returnto Vietnam, the fourth chapter introduces the status and problems of theVietnam’s construction industry. The fith chapter analyze the flow of talent inVietnam’s construction. Finally, according to the fourth and fifth chapter of the studyresults, The sixth chapter indicate that how to manage flowing talent of theVietnam’s construction industry from the three levels with the government’smacro-regional level, organizations, businesses and other countermeasures.
