Study On Talent Flow Of Logistics Industry In China

Talent flow is a very important part in the talent supply and demand model. Based on the National Natural Science Foundation project "Study on Talent Supply and Demand Model for Emerging Industries of China". The paper studied talent flow of logistics industry in China deeply.The paper studied it from three aspects: the development identification of China logistics industry; the influences and effects of talent flow to talent supply and demand system and a forecast for talent flow.First of all, in order to illuminate the development of logistics industry in China, the paper introduced some research methods for industrial blossom and decline. Using absolute blossom-decline and relative blossom-decline methods, the paper studied the Logistic model for China Logistics industry. And the results showed that China Logistics industry was in a period of new emerging industry, and it would go through several decades of development to enter the period of mature industry.Then on the basis of description of the development of logistics industry, the paper showed that there existed a linear relationship between the logistics industry and the number of talents. When logistics industry grows by a rate, the number of talents will grow by another rate. So four relevant research curves could be got to carry out qualitative research of talent flow, talent supply, and talent demand. By the relationship between the curves, the paper illustrated the relationship among talent flow, talent supply, and talent demand, and the effects of talent flow of solving the problem between talent supply and talent demand.Then the paper established a Markov chain to forecast talent flow of Logistics industry in China. By using different levels of talents of the Logistics industry data, the paper introduced a specific application. At the same time, in order to study the limitation of talent flow, the paper calculated the stopping time of a talent. The Markov model had universal characteristics in different kinds of talent flow prediction.The research methods and research ideas for Logistics industry were also operable in other new industries of China.
