In this area of knowledge explosion, the companies have to understand theimportance of knowledge, because not only it is the enterprise’ important wealth, butalso capital. Especially in the high-tech industries that require scientific andtechnological content, meaning of which is even more significant. First of all, if thelevel of development of high-tech industries is high, the rate of production of productswill be fast, so that the accumulation of wealth will continue to increase, the economywill continue to grow; Secondly, its development will promote the generation of avariety of new enterprises. More and more the kinds of services and products willappear. At he same time the diverse needs of consumers will be satisfied and thecompanies can benefit from it, getting higher levels of technology with a lower costtechnology. So not only the cost of the production can be lowered down, but alsoproductivity can be improved. It can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises atthe same time.On the basis of literature review, the knowledge spillover theory of knowledge isput in order. The text highlights the development process of knowledge spillover,types, causes, overflow channels, influencing factors, and other related content. Andthe system analyses the spillover phenomenon under the industrial clusters knowledge.H Automotive Group, for example, described a subsidiary of co-operation establishedby foreign-funded enterprises. This cooperation must be accompanied by theemergence of knowledge spillover, the quality of cooperation is high or low dependsentirely on the positive influence and role of knowledge spillovers in the process ofcooperation. Also it pointed out that there are always some potential factors during theprocess of spillover, such as the environmental factors, technical factors and humanfactors have certain impact in the knowledge spillover. And H Automotive Group asan example a more detailed analysis is done, through the analysis, the strengths andweaknesses arising from knowledge spillovers are summarized, and then the otherrelated businesses can use it in the practice.Finally, the studies have shown that the subsidiary under the Group theknowledge spillovers and this overflow are positive, in order to promote the production of this overflow, this paper presents some relevant suggestions.
