A Study About The Mechanism Of Knowledge Spillovers On R & D Outputs Based On High Technology Clusters Enterprise

Along with enterprises'competitive advantage changes from static competition to dynamic competition increasingly, knowledge is becoming one of important sources of enterprises'competitive advantage. As one of the important ways to technological innovation, knowledge spillovers have vital theoretical and practical significance to increase the cluster enterprise'innovation ability. Applying management, operational research, statistics and other related theories, and combining theoretical research method and empirical research method , the research frame of these three basic elements which are knowledge spillovers, high-tech industry cluster and R&D output is proposed on the basis of literature analysis and case study. And a mechanism model of the enterprise's knowledge spillovers effect on R&D output is established. Taking the conditions of Tianjin Binhai New Area high-tech industrial cluster enterprise as an example, through case study to test the validity of the model. On the basis of these, some measures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Tianjin Binhai New Area high-tech industry cluster enterprise are given from the industry level and enterprise level.Major achievements of this paper as follows:First, this paper proposes a structural model, and reveals the mecahnism of knowledge spillovers effect on R&D output. The study sets up the conceptual model in order to disclose the influence pathway and influence degree of enterprise knowledge spillovers effect on R&D output based on using many theories with innovation and combining with Tianjin Binhai New Area high-tech industry cluster's actual situation.Second, the measure of knowledge spillovers is determined. According to the knowledge spillovers'attribute, a measure of knowledge spillovers is given from two dimensions of explicit knowledge spillovers and tacit knowledge spillovers, which establishes quantitative basis for revealing the influence mechanism of knowledge spillovers on R&D output.Third, the measure of R&D output and the competitiveness of enterprise in cluster are given clearly. After referring relevant measure of innovation performaance and the competitiveness of high-tech industry cluster enterprise in domestic and foreign, the index of R&D output performance and the competitiveness of high-tech industry cluster enterprise are designed.Fourth, the DJ model is improved. How knowledge spillovers effect on R&D output in the process of R&D cooperation is revealed by the modified model.
