Research On Construction Of Knowledge Management Platform Of Auto Industrial Clusters

As the knowledge economy era coming, people begin to notice that knowledge in the process of promoting social and national economic construction is playing an increasingly important role, but for the use and management of knowledge, they lack in-depth understanding to how knowledge management start. Industry cluster as a new regional economic organization is a typical representative of a regional economic, with its huge economies of scale, excellent brand benefits, and gradually becomes a region or a country's economic focus. More and more counties are paying attention to the development of industry cluster. Automotive industry cluster is a typical representative of industrial clusters. The information age has brought new opportunities to the development of automotive industry cluster, and information technology in the automobile industry cluster improves the internal management level of the automotive industry cluster, enhances the core competitiveness of automotive industry cluster and promotes its further development, while the automotive industry cluster brings broader space for information technology in their applications.Now, there are a large knowledge base and a lot of knowledge, but knowledge is fragmented and need a unified platform to manage. This thesis researches the construction of knowledge management in automotive industry cluster and builds a knowledge management platform of automobile industry cluster to manage internal knowledge collection, knowledge consolidation, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. At last, I choose automobile industry cluster of Changchun as an example to achieve knowledge management platform. The content of this thesis is:Chapter I introduces research background of knowledge management platform for automotive industry.sChapter II reviews the relevant theories in this thesis. Firstly, I discusses the theories of knowledge management; secondly, I discusses the theory of the automobile industry, the development of industrial clusters are described; finally, it introduces industry knowledge management platform implementation involves the main technical. Chapter III is analysis of knowledge management in the automotive industry cluster. This chapter analyzes classification of knowledge of automotive industry cluster and discusses the relationship between automotive industry cluster and knowledge management. Chapter IV introduces the goals and features of this knowledge management platform. This chapter sets out the principles in building this platform and drowns diagram using the software engineering ways.Chapter V proposes building scheme of knowledge management platform for the automotive industry. This chapter introduces the six modules on knowledge management platform for the automotive industry.Chapter VI discusses the implementation and management plan of the knowledge management platform for the automotive industry. This chapter analyzes the macro environment, the environment and micro environment for implemented.Chapter VII gives a example analysis in Changchun auto industry.The development of automobile industry cluster in the manufacturing industry in the future is very important.
