Research On Land Use Patterns Under The Perspective Of Inclusive Growth

The economic development of China is at a critical transition period, the change of pattern is an inevitable trend of the development of social harmony and stability. With the influence of this special social system, this change of development pattern which try to serve for people’s livelihood will encounter many problems. And then, the concept of "inclusive growth" came into being. In other hand, as a carrier for material production of human society, the rational utilization of land has a strong guiding role for socio-economic development. So, the research of land use under the perspective of inclusive growth is a feasible path which can promote inclusive growth of economy. Therefore, this paper attempts to study land use patterns from the perspective of inclusive growth, research content and conclusions are as follows:(l)By analyzing relevant macro-concept, the essential requirements of inclusive growth of land use can be revealed. The scientific concept of development is guidance. It can guide the use of inclusive style and sustainable style to achieve two intermediate states, which call inclusive growth and sustainable development, and then to achieve the goal of a harmonious society. The essential requirement of land use inclusive growth is to seek equal relationship in land use among people which can make the whole people share the fruits of economic development.(2)This paper tries to establish the IEL triangle by analyzing logical relations among inclusive growth, economic development and land use. There are two conclusions. In social relations, inequalities of land use which are corresponding to food security pattern have urgent needs of inclusive growth in land use. In economic relations, the inclusive growth philosophy to promote economic development can be divided into two lines. They are inclusive growth with land as the carrier and non-land as the carrier.(3)According to some relevant theory, the inclusively strategic evaluation model for land use is established. The actual land use inclusive state is one of the reasons for the formation of wide wealth gap. People need to change the land use style to make procedural land use inclusive state transfer to ideal land use inclusive state. The slope of the curve which presents nationwide land use inclusive state reaches0.557. It far from the slope (1) of ideal land use inclusive state. With the gradual accumulation of capital, the degree of inclusive lack of the current land use status is gradually increasing. The provincial land use inclusive extent from west to east, showing a diminishing trend.(4)According to the results of macro-strategy evaluation of land use inclusive state, the inclusive land use pattern is put forward. This pattern is divided into four levels, namely the system layer, structural layer, technology layer and interest layer. It is aimed to promote the rational return of the growth of per capita income of farmers in strategy evaluation model. But the incremental change which based on the complex reality of the environment is still in line with the nature of the purpose of inclusive land use patterns.From concept distinguish to the exploration of nature, and then relationship research, and the establishment of macro-strategy evaluation model, and the development direction of inclusive land use model, all of these things are the element of this paper, and they do have positive guidance on the change of land use development pattern.
