Study On College Student Joining Basic Medical Insurance For Urban Residents

College students group is a special group which is compose of young people mostly. They are important to the future development of the national personnel, and are useful to our country. Their health is related to the long-term development of the country and the realization of hope of nationality. College students have been bring into the public health system from1953in the last century. The medical insurance system of college students is changing in the advance of socio-economic life,and the requirements of medical and health service of college students are transforming too. In the recent years, government has promoted a series of researching and reformation on the basic medical insurance for urban employees and urban residents and the new type of rural cooperative medical. In the recent reformation of medical system, medical insurance of college students get rid of the old public medical and bring forth the fresh which is accommodated to the socio-economic development level, and making college students joining basic medical insurance for urban residents. This system will be check by the result of performance.The paper is consist of six chapters.In chapter one, I introduced the paper’s background, content, significance and ways of research, and summarize the domestic and foreign interrelated literatures and theory. In chapter two, I introduced the health condition of college students in our country. In chapter three, I reviewed the development process of medical insurance system for college students, introduced the commercial insurance related to college students and other medical insurance types. In chapter four, I summarized the problems of the medical insurance system for college students. In chapter five, I studied the medical insurance system for college students aboard and found their main character. In chapter six, I used the foreign experience for reference and combined the recent situation, suggesting building multi-level medical insurance system for college students.The improvement of college students’medical insurance is still on the road. The paper just does a little humble exploration and concludes the lacks of this research and the reassessment. This paper is provide a reference guide for college students medical insurance for more research to establish a kind of medical security system which can protect the vital interests of students effectively.
