The current constraints of the contradictions and problems of Jiangxi Province, further economic development in the following areas:low proportion of the tertiary industry; within the tertiary industry industry structure is irrational, the slow pace of development; limited capacity to absorb employment, transfer of employment to meet the surplus labor there are still some difficulties; investment in fixed assets, are unreasonable.From the two perspectives of service demand and service supply to build the internal structure of the tertiary industry to optimize the indicator system,"Jiangxi Province’12th five-Year’industry development plan" established goals, the use of structural optimization theory of multiple regression analysis method,come to the following conclusions:(1) in the "12th five-Year" period, transportation, storage and postal industry in the "12th five-Year" period, the average growth rate has improved significantly; the average growth rate of wholesale and retail trade have also been put slow accommodation and catering industry in the "Eleventh Five-Year" based on a higher level, further improvement of growth rate:the financial industry average growth rate is the fastest average growth rate in the "Eleventh Five-Year" based on a higher level to continue become the "12th five-economic development in key industries; the fastest rate of decline of real estate growth, the industry may no longer focus on the development of industry in the future; the average growth rate of other services rose slightly in the" Eleventh Five "on the basis;(2) the future optimization of key industries of the internal structure of the tertiary industry of the "12th five-Year" period followed by the financial industry, accommodation and catering industry, transportation, storage and postal industry, other industries.(3) in the "12th Five-Year" period, although the modern service industry has been rapid development of the traditional service still dominates, the transition to the modern service industry accounted for a dominant position still need quite a long time.
