Research On The Internal Structural Of Tertiary Industry In Soochow

Development of the tertiary industry is a key problem in 21century in our country. With the completion of the industrialization in the developed countries and some developing countries to accelerate the process of it, the thirdly industry is increasingly playing an important role in economy. As the rising of the proportion of output and employment, the thirdly is increasingly becoming an important symbol for a level of socialization and the development of the market economy. Economic growth will require the coordination of the economic structure, and it is reflected not only among the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry, but also among its internal industry.Soochow is an ancient city with a long history,it is one of most developed star city in china.Since 1980, the socio-economic development of Soochow is rapid with the development of township enterprises and the promotion of FDI,and the rapid of IT is well-developed in the manufacturing sector particularly.However, the practice of developed countries and regions told us that it will face various difficulties if the economy development just depends on the manufacturing sector.So if Suzhou wants to maintain the advantages of development,it must imply a strategy of double driven by developing advanced manufacturing and service industries.Under this background,understanding the current situation and future of Soochow's tertiary industry,adjusting the structure of the tertiary industry plays a very important role to the further development of Soochow economics.The paper is based on the data evolution analysis,from 1994 to 2008 tertiary industry statistic data of Soochow.Combining with the right econometric methods to find the problems in the industry,choosing the main factors:labor structure and investment structure.By analyzing the evolution of these 2 factors,we can find the inconsequence, and then make academic discussing on the structure optimizing.By using the regression model and the comparative advantage index method the future key industries can be made.The research is used to find the weakness of reconstruction of Soochow's tertiary industry and suggestions for the improvement.
