As the Internet and network technology develop, a new business models-e-commerce emerges, a class of new enterprise organization that specialized in electronic business service also grow fast. As a kind of new service enterprise, in our country, e-commerce is at the beginning stage, but its development speed is fast. Compared with the traditional commerce, e-commerce has many advantages, to bring enterprise of big business. But in the enterprise of practical operation, people tend to see the advantages of the electronic commerce, is easy to ignore the cost of e-commerce, which is not under effective control.That caused many e-commerce enterprises sit through crisis even go bankrupt. Because the characteristics of its own, e-commerce enterprise differs with traditional enterprise in the cost control, it must have its own way. Looking for suitable cost control for e-commerce enterprise development that makes e-commerce enterprise bigger and develop sustainably, and has the important practical significance to e-commerce enterprise.The paper uses the normative research method combining theoretical analysis and case analysis. With modern scientific theory analysis of practical problems and with the reality of the experiences and lessons for example it gains the rule and the countermeasures, which is that theoretical guidance examples, examples prove theory. Through the collection and analysis of data related to the actual and the objective facts, combining the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis together at the same time, the general analysis and case analysis also combine in this paper. This paper mainly studies the e-commerce enterprise cost control, using the transaction cost theory, value chain theory and homework cost theory in the analysis of the general, and points out that the problems and reasons of e-commerce enterprise cost control, based on the experience of dangdang.com and ximi.com, it analyze the case and put forward measures at last.Firstly this article through literature research, reviews the literature of e-commerce enterprise cost management from both china and abroad research situation, analyses related research achievements, combs the thread of the theoretical research. Based on this, this paper introduced the research methods, thoughts and the basic framework. Domestic and foreign research to the e-commerce enterprise focus on the concept, mode, environment and so on, in the enterprise development also pay attention to marketing, production, logistics and other links. It also pays attention to trends and characteristics of e-commerce’s development. It gives the full attention to the importance of e-commerce enterprise cost management, but how to implement for specific is not too much to mention.And then on the basis of in the clear thinking method, this paper need to clear basic concept of the e-commerce enterprise and cost control, through the introduction of e-commerce enterprise’s informational, virtualization, transparency and the concepts of the main cost structure characteristics, and combining with the theoretical basis such as the transaction cost theory, value chain theory, activity cost theory, to explore a series of problems of the electronic business enterprise cost control, such as, the effect of cost control is not obvious, there are certain difficulties in making system, formulated logistics cost control is weak, external value chain cost control is insufficiency, the information of supports not enough. Then for the questions, combined with the theoretical foundation of the cost control, it discusses e-commerce enterprise cost control issues, to the electronic commerce enterprise cost control of the problems facing profound reason in the cost consciousness, business model, logistics system, customer management, personnel quality, and so on to general analysis. E-commerce enterprises just started in China, the enterprise cost control consciousness is insufficient, business model and logistics system are not reasonable. Moreover, little attention to the client service, the personnel quality is not high, at the same time the enterprise information support also insufficient. In the general analysis, this paper combining dangdang.com’s low cost control measures and enterprise development from ximi.com, the paper makes the relevant example analysis and points out their experience for reference. Finally to the exposed cost control problems and reason analysis for the e-commerce enterprise, and combining with the case experience thinking, it puts up some measures to improve China’s e-commerce enterprise, just need to establish comprehensive cost and other modern cost consciousness enhance enterprise’s innovation and cooperation. In the logistics aspects, it need to establish appropriate own system. For the customer, the companies must value customer demand, reduce the cost of communication. Not only notice the enterprise’s informatization but also strengthen the role of the people, so as to give full play to the advantages of enterprises, promoting the development of the enterprise.In the fierce competition of the small profit era, the most effective way for e-commerce enterprise is to reduce the cost. Only through the continuous costs reduce, it will give the business enterprise core competitive advantages in the field of electronic business, enhance enterprise’s international competitiveness, to make our country e-commerce enterprise healthy and develop rapidly. This study explores how to carry out the business enterprise cost control, in order to provide the reference for the development of e-commerce enterprise and enrich the enterprise cost control research.
