Research On Cost Control Of E - Commerce Enterprises Based On Supply Chain

Since the1990s, along with the extensive use of computers, the development of internet technology, the business application of internet, after this e-commerce enjoyed a great development, spread in the global at a speed faster than any other business revolution. Despite the late start of China’s e-commerce, it grows rapidly. Especially after2003, the rapid population of the internet and the lessons from the international internet bubble burst; the network and economy based on online shopping usher in a new development climax, the e-business enterprises has good performance in different section of the national economy. As a large number of china’s e-commerce emerged, some enterprise blinded expansion, didn’t have a good control of company costs, lead to the bankruptcy of many e-commerce business. This paper aims to through the reading the related literatures on e-commerce enterprises cost control; and the real-life case study of our country’s present B2C e-commerce enterprise, to find out the problems lied in e-commerce enterprise cost control, and from the supply chain cost control view, put forward the strategies that should be adopted in the cost control of our e-business enterprises. Hope to provide some reference value for our B2C e-commerce enterprise cost control.The first part of the paper is the introduction, mainly introduced the research background and research meaning of this paper; the domestic and foreign’s current research on e-commerce enterprise cost control; the research methods and basic writing thought of this paper. The second part that is the first chapter of the paper main body, introduced the related theories foundation, first gave an introduction of the definition and classification of e-commerce; following introduced the definition of supply chain cost control, theory foundation and control methods. In the third part of the essay, presented the cost composition of e-business enterprise, the cost-control situation, finally analyzed the reasons lead to the current situation. In the fourth part of the paper, combined with the real-life case analyzed the present condition of our country’s e-commerce enterprise cost control. The last part of the paper, from the perspective of supply chain, put forward the cost control strategies of e-commerce enterprises.
