In the context of non-public economy increasingly becoming an important component of China’s market economy, private enterprises make a rapid development, and play a significant role in the scale of investment, foreign trade, tax contribution and the contribution to employment. However, with the development and growth of private enterprise there are bottlenecks and problems in the management of executive compensation.As it is well known, the executives play a vital role in the development of enterprises and. therefore, they are regarded as the most special and most important human resources in the enterprise. And the effectiveness of the incentives of executives in an enterprise largely determines enthusiasm and motivation of personnel work in the enterprise. There are many studies from the domestic scholars about the relationship between the executive compensation and corporate performance. And then some related suggestions are put forward. From the view of private enterprise, the thesis takes Gansu Hao Feng Mining Group Company for example, executives for the object of study, compensation management for research contents through theoretical and empirical analysis of executive pay of private enterprises to make some reasonable comments and suggestions, so as to make a little contribution in solving the bottleneck of the private enterprises.
