Research On Procurement Cost Management Of ZX Company

The integration of the global economy has driven the rapid development of the manufacturing industry, the procurement plays a more and more important role in the development of manufacturing enterprises. A sound procurement platform provided reasonable procurement cost management already becomes a key factor for the enterprise to control cost, improve product quality, optimize process operation and keep the profit level. Procurement cost management is a management method adopted to control and reduce the cost, its effective implementation for enterprises can provide a broad space for reducing costs and improving efficiency. With the arrival of the economic globalization, the specialized production has put forward higher requirements to procurement, procurement will gradually as an independent industry entered a new stage of development. In this sense, the purchasing department can most unlimitedly embody the value of modern enterprises.This thesis presents a thorough study on ZX company’s procurement cost management, firstly analyzes the current situation of ZX company’s procurement cost and sums up problems such as materials delivery insufficiency, high cost, purchasing cost control problems and son on, analyzes the causes of the problems, and then establishes the corresponding model to solve the problem. In details, the author studies ZX company procurement cost management from three aspects. First, establishes material demand forecast model. Second, carries out purchase cost information management. Third, optimizes business process on the basis of the above.The author hopes to promote ZX company purchasing management level, reduce purchase cost, improve the organizational operation efficiency by researching on the problems of ZX company’s procurement cost management, so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of ZX company.
