After decades of rapid development, China layers industry has21years in a row to become the country with the highest egg production. However, our country laying hens at stage of the traditional farming model, in this way is not conducive to the promotion of modern scientific breeding techniques, but also increased the difficulty of disease control, increased production costs. In order to lift the traditional farming model constraints on the mode of standardization of culture, establish of biological prevention and control system, the application of advanced environmental control systems and advanced breeding management techniques, must be of appropriate scale farming. However, at Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai regions, poultry products can’t achieve the requirements of consumers, the farming model is not fully achieve a healthy mode of standardization. there is no health, safety, standard culture model, it is impossible to produce products to meet market requirements livestock breeding patterns, traced roots traced to green pollution.In our province CP company layer industry management organizations undertake to develop new markets, organization of production, processing and value-added, technological innovation, capital appreciation of the farmers. CP companies as leading enterprises to improve the quality of business management, the establishment of the institutions of modern corporate governance, strengthen enterprise management, training of personnel. Leading enterprises bigger and stronger, and enhance the core competitiveness of leading enterprises, can enhance the intrinsic quality of the layers of products in the province.Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai region livestock is at the stage of from distributed, low efficiency, low-income breeding patterns change to intensive, high efficiency, the standardization of high-yield mode, with the present high level of livestock in the area standards CP company are out to do in-depth investigation into the existing culture model of Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai regions, to analyze the external environment, the bottleneck in the process of CP company to promote standardization of culture mode, competitive situation and development trend; analysis of CP company development of standardized breeding the feasibility of patterns, including the process of standardization of culture, information management systems, human resources, cooperation model and return on investment. In-depth discussion of the problems in the promotion model and give recommendations for the rationalization based on the discussions.
