The Empirical Study Of The Relationship Between Innovation Capacity And Performance For Listed Company In Gansu

Gansu Province is China’s western provinces, Gansu economy in recent years under the guidance of the western development policy has achieved rapid development, but compared with the eastern region is still relatively weak. Gansu Province’s economy in order to achieve leapfrog development, the key is to enhance the economic cell of Gansu Province-economic efficiency of enterprises, as the ability to innovate is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises to achieve corporate profit growth and sustainable development guarantee. Gansu Province listed companies, both from the size or strength in the industry’s leading position in Gansu Province, Gansu Province enterprises on behalf of the listed companies in order to maintain their core competitiveness in the market and expand market share, and promote the enhancement of business performance, and ultimately achieve the purpose of the sustainable development of enterprises must accelerate the pace of the company’s innovation activities. The relationship between innovation capability and performance of the Gansu Province of listed companies is not only instructive for guiding corporate management practice, but also on the Gansu provincial government to develop economic policy reference.From combing the literature for enterprise innovation capability and performance to define the concept of connotation and business performance of enterprises’innovation ability, and explain the mechanism of action of the innovation capacity of enterprises on business performance. On this basis, in order to investigate the listed company’s overall innovation capacity in Gansu Province, to build enterprises’innovation ability evaluation index system and enterprises’ innovation ability evaluation model based on factor analysis, based on the factor scores of the17selected listed companies of Gansu Province, its innovative ability to objectively evaluate. Then use the regression model, an empirical analysis of the relationship between innovation capacity and performance of listed companies in Gansu Province. Finally, according to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis on the innovation capability of listed companies in Gansu Province are discussed.
