With the knowledge economy development, market competition is increasing, if the enterprise wants to gain the superiority of the market competition, it has to have the strong human resource conformity ability. Compensation is an important means of human capital investment in enterprises. The compensation system is an important part in establishment of modern enterprise human resources management system. And it plays an important role in realizing the business strategy goals, enhancing the competitive advantage, and motivating the employees of an enterprise. However, in the process of rapid development, the development of human resources management system and the development of the enterprise haven’t kept step. Due to lacking of incentive compensation system, most of enterprises are unable to attract and retain the talented person. How to set up a scientific and rational compensation system matching with development of enterprise? These are major issues to H feed company and other enterprises and they are the main contents of this thesis.This article starts with the definition and connotation of compensation, introduces the development trend of the modern compensation system, the basic connotation and other main features of comprehensive compensation strategy and comprehensive compensation model. And then, after the research, the article used a qualitative and quantitative method, and analyzed the issues in compensation of the industry. Based on the actual conditions and analyzed the compensation and human resources of H feed company, this article conducted the research of internal and external compensation system, and diagnosis for the compensation system from three aspects as follows:fairness, competitiveness and incentive compensation system to find out the main problems of the compensation system for H feed company. On this basis, combined with the development strategy and actual conditions of the H feed company, this thesis optimized the design of the compensation system for H feed company; At last, this article described the safeguards of comprehensive pay system of H feed company.H feed company has certain universality. The optimization study of compensation system for H feed company for other similar companies have the certain reference value and significance.
