Chinese pharmaceutical industry is in transition. Compared with Western countries, Chinese pharmaceutical industry is currently still in the low-tech, low repetition, low economic efficiency of the stage. Fortunately, some domestic pharmaceutical companies have realized the seriousness of the problem, and started the transition, they attached great importance to R&D investment, encouraging independent innovation, have developed new products with independent intellectual property rights. For this type of innovative pharmaceutical companies, how to find a match with the marketing model, science and technology is rapidly transformed into productive, it will be the key to the sustainable development of such enterprises.This article take the KONRUNS (Beijing) industry independent research and development of New Drug---Hemocoagulase Agkistrodon Injection (brand name:Su Ling) marketing as an example, the first on the domestic and international pharmaceutical industry analysis, summarized several of the prescription drug market marketing model and the analysis of the pros and cons; then combined with the of Pharmaceutical KONRUNS own characteristics and product characteristics, the use of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis method, in-depth analysis of Su Ling marketing and market environment, and finally embedded help sell the idea to introduce the field of prescription drug sales, and further explored, extracted from Ling Su innovation marketing model.This new marketing model, study and explore the practical significance not only for KONRUNS Medicine Co., Ltd. Su Ling product sales, more new sales model for this type of innovative domestic pharmaceutical companies to provide new ideas.
