Building Proposal For Innovative Science&Technology Park In Foshan High-tech Zone

The text takes the Foshan High-tech Zone as the major research object, borrowing ideas from other advanced science and technology parks at home and abroad, such as development ideas of Silicon Valley in the United States, Zhongguancun in Beijing, making using of the theory of regional innovation system as an analysis tool, conducting a research on the development pattern of innovative science and technology parks. In the individual case research on Foshan Hi-tech Zone, combining the actual development conditions of Foshan Hi-tech Zone, the text conducts a deep analysis on necessity and feasibility of building innovative science and technology parks in Foshan Hi-tech Zone; and proposes the plan and measures for Foshan Hi-tech Zone establishing innovative science and technology parks.Structure of the text is divided into seven parts:the first part analyzes the background and significance of building innovative science and technology parks proposed by our country; the theory of regional innovation system is introduced; basic viewpoints and main research methods studied in the text are put forward. The third part gives an analysis on the necessity of establishing innovative science and technology parks in Foshan Hi-tech Zone. As for the fourth part, internal and external environment of establishing innovative science and technology parks in Foshan Hi-tech Zone are analyzed. In the fifth part, the building proposal for innovative science&technology parks in Foshan High-tech Zone has been put forward. Moreover, the general thinking, main tasks and countermeasures for establishing parks is defined. The sixth part proposes to make an evaluation of expected effect for building innovative science and technology parks in Foshan Hi-tech Zone from multiple aspects. The seventh part is the conclusion to the overall contents, conducting a deep thinking for the establishment of innovative science and technology parks, proposing detailed path choices for developing and establishing Foshan Hi-tech Zone. The text proposes some detailed implementation plans through studying on establishing innovative science and technology parks in Foshan Hi-tech Zone, which can be used as a reference by other Hi-tech zones in our country on how to construct innovative science and technology parks to realize "Secondary Undertaking" of the national Hi-tech zones.
