China’s real estate has experienced three decades of development, has been vigorous development of the bud from the1980s, has made a huge contribution to the rise of the Chinese economy, and became a pillar industry. However, with development, there have been some companies no rational expansion, a bubble. In this context, the hands of the government’s macroeconomic control again appeared, since2010, the Government curb housing prices from the land, finance, taxation, and the purchase of control means to combat speculation and control efforts are unprecedented in the history, many real estate companies falling by the wayside, the capital side is severely strained. Real estate company how to strengthen project management, in particular the progress of the construction phase of the project management to maximize the improvement of the utility of the use of funds, to accelerate the flow of capital is particularly important, however, most real estate companies for the construction phase of the progress of the management level generally is not high, not scientific. Kang Gesi project my company is also facing the same problem, how to do scientific management, it is worth I to explore.For Kang Gesi project (four), schedule management, this study from the reality of the current macro-environment background and Kang Gesi Project, focusing on the problems of Kang Gesi project progress management, these problems are caused by the progress of the projectthe degree of influence, and then analyze the reasons for these problems, and then put forward the idea of development of methods to solve these problems. First Kang Gesi schedule management organizational structure, project structure decomposition, by technical means reasonably determine the key nodes of the project duration, the preparation of the scientific network schedule compression analysis of compression duration, then the probability of protection, to achieve means of optimization of network planning, technical measures, the measures of the contract, the economic measures and management measures to ensure the implementation of the plan, the use of network information technology, principle of the PDCA cycle, three-phase control principle means to ensure the progress of implementation of the plan, the final implementation of the project each stage, the main analysis of the difficulty of the various stages of progress, combined with the actual situation of the project, the development of response measures and contingency plans for each stage of the schedule to ensure that the duration of the project node, thereby ensuring the overall progress of plan implementation. This article also carried out in the final summary and outlook, Summarized a general idea of the progress of the real estate owner, hoping to attract peer-resonance, and schedule management method to be improved, in particular, schedule management is how to balance quality, cost, safety management, but also need to have a systemsupport of theory, but also hope to have more real estate project management theory.In this paper the theory and practice of project management, real estate companies in the progress of the project management approach, and hope to draw on the significance of the current real estate project management.
