As a special cultural resource, industrial heritage is an integral and important part of cultural heritage. As the model of Guangxi Province industry, Liuzhou has a profound cultural and industrial base. In more than100years of industrial history has left a large number of excellent modern industrial heritage. In recent years, with the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of social life. Traditional industries have suffered industrial decline and reverse the process of industrialization. Many enterprises are facing "off, stop, and, turn" the situation. Many factory site, ancillary facilities, machinery and equipment and other industrial legacy was left behind. Especially plant construction in the city center, are facing removed, scrap or inappropriate use of fate. These precious non-renewable cultural resources, if not as soon as possible to protect, it will quickly damage and disappear.In this paper, on the basis of Liuzhou industrial heritage field research, and combined with Liuzhou actual situation. By drawing on the successful experience of domestic and foreign representative industrial city in the industrial heritage conservation and reuse. For the problems and contradictions which exist between Liuzhou city construction and industrial heritage protection and reuse, explore Liuzhou industrial heritage conservation and reuse of the road. The article consists of five major:the "introduction" section, an overview of practical experience at home and abroad on the industrial heritage protection and reuse; the first part, discusses the historical context and current situation of the Liuzhou industrial hetitage; the second part, to Liuzhou Industrial Museum for example, discusses the Liuzhou industrial heritage conservation and reuse strategies; the third part, by analyzing the successful experience of the German Ruhr area "the road of industrial heritage tourism (RI)", to Liuzhou Industrial Heritage tourist routes in the planning and make recommendations on the integration of tourism resources comments; the last part, with Liuzhou Industrial Museum which is under construction for the important and basis clues to, explore the relationship between the Liuzhou industrial heritage protection and public.
