The Reuse Of Industrial Heritage Tourism In Zhengluo Industrial Corridor

Zhengluo industrial corridor is experiencing industrial upgrading and transformation and urban expansion.The future of these industrial heritages is an unavoidable problem which should be solved urgently.Industrial heritage,with multiple values,is an important component of cultural heritage.It has important practical significance for the tourism reuse of industrial heritage in Zhengluo industrial corridor area.Multiple benefits derive from the tourism reuse of industrial heritage in Zhengluo industrial corridor area.This paper systematically combs the industrial heritage and reuse in Zhengluo industrial corridor area,especially in Zhengzhou and Luoyang.On this foundation,emphatically,analyze and discuss the problems,ways out,principles and methods of tourism reuse.Firstly,the article sorts out the industrial heritage in Zhengluo industrial corridor area,such as Zhengzhou City and Luoyang City,which established a large number of industrial enterprises during the period of the National Five-Year Plan and the Second Five-Year Plan.To date,many industrial relics have been left,including office buildings,factory buildings,warehouses,residential buildings,production facilities and equipment,and old railway sites.Secondly,analyze the characteristics and the value of tourism reuse,and show the status quo of industrial heritage tourism reuse through forms.Then,compare with industrial heritage tourism in Shanghai and Xi'an in order to expound my own discoveries and thoughts.Finally,put forward the principles and strategies of industrial heritage tourism reuse in this area.It is the overall planning reuse which includes hierarchic and classified utilization,adaptation to local condition,inclusiveness and so on.
