The Research On Industrial Heritage Tourism Of HeiLongjiang

Foreign industrial heritage tourism is developing in full swing, and China's industrial heritage tourism is in its infancy. With China's economic and social development, many cities in our country gradually entered into the post-industrial era, a large number of factories went out of production or move out of urban areas, leaving abandoned factory buildings and equipment. At the process of urban renewal, the demolition and reconstruction, or adaptive re-use to these old industrial building, has become a society-wide issues of mutual concern. Heilongjiang Province, an old industrial base, has a rich industrial heritage, but at present most still take the "mass-demolishing mass-construction, reconstruction " approach in our country, many old industrial buildings with high historical and cultural value and adaptive re-use value have been removed. The "re-use" concept has not been widely accepted by most of our country. According to its own characteristics, we should choose the appropriate protection and re-use pattern from long-term and public interest, in order to play the value of industrial heritage.Based on searching a large number of references in domestic and foreign. This paper sums up protection and re-utilization of heritage tourism resources in domestic and abroad, providing references for the protection and re-use of industrial heritage of Heilongjiang Province. Also analyzed the history and historical position of industrial development in Heilongjiang Province, we elaborate the important of the protection and development of industrial heritage resources in Heilongjiang Province, and proposed that tourism development of industrial heritage is an effective protection and re-use form, not only protect cultural diversity and integrity of heritage, but also promote employment, economic development, environmental protection and so on, having important significance building a harmonious society.According to historical and related records, analyze and sort the potential industrial heritage in Heilongjiang Province from the industry type, in order to establish basis for the development of industry heritage tourism in Heilongjiang Province. Analysis the status and features of industrial heritage tourism in Heilongjiang Province's, and indicate its problems. And based on the research of the development status of industrial heritage tourism and the situation of industrial heritage tourism resource, from the view of government, citizens and developers,we put forward to establish reasonable protection regulations for industrial heritage; vigorously publicize the significance of protecting industrial heritage, obtain public support; strengthen government leadership; do a good job of development and planning for industrial heritage tourism; strive to promote the joint development of regional tourism and so on.
