Family enterprises in our country from70time end, along with the continuous development ofChina’s economy, the economy of blame state ownership policy began to change, the role and position ofprivate economy continuously improve, in the private economy, the family enterprises becomes more andmore important. At present, our country has a larger scale of operation of the family business but also many,for example: SUPOR company, Beijing Qumei furniture company, Ningbo, Chongqing Lifan, Fotilekitchenware company. The scale of the enterprise advantage is the relative concentration of industries.From the point of long-term development, family enterprises is not only related to the development ofChina’s economy, matter to Chinese society and culture progress, in the development of Chinese marketeconomy family business will be important, indispensable enterprise groups.In recent20years, with the development of socialist market economy, the rapid development offamily enterprises in China has occupied half of the country, the national economy, become our countryeconomy development the important strength. But in its rapid development, but also exposed the Chinesefamily enterprises many inherent defects, such as low level repetition investment, due to short-terminterests take unfair competition means, operating on a lack of long-term planning and so on, leading to thedevelopment aftereffect is lack of. In the enterprise system, private enterprises to adopt the family system,thereby hindering its further development. This paper present the development of family enterprises inChina and abroad the development trend of modern family enterprises, connection our country is currentthe family business is actual, from the enterprise family system itself, the family system enterpriseexistence rationality and limitation, then put forward the Chinese family business problems facing theenterprises; modern enterprise system under the perspective of present China family enterprisemanagement methods, its purpose depends on family enterprises in China: reality and future operationreference.According to the related researches draw a conclusion: the family business governance situationmainly include the following aspects:1, the governance structure is not perfect, the setting operation is notstandardized;2, subject to company culture, family enterprise governance system is lower;3, highly concentrated ownership structure, capital structure is single;4, management staff selection criteria is themain relations, confidence and ability, incentive measures for single. And its cause of formation forresearch and analysis, concluded:1, as a result of the management model of state-owned enterprises andthe system of property rights is not perfect;2, family enterprise interior management system is not perfect;3,occupation managers and business owners the relationship of mutual trust between the building there is acertain degree of difficulty;4, family enterprise credit mechanism is not perfect5, perception of familyimpact. On the governance model of family enterprise optimization made the following recommendations:1, improve the social trust;2, optimize the financing channels (create folk touch endowment channel, usesecurity market direct financing, institutional investors in the enterprise to play a positive role ingoverning);3, the optimal ownership structure (carried out by gold reform, achieve steady development,through dilution to achieve diversification of property rights, implementation of traffic company, playelement efficiency);4, optimize the external governance mechanism (sound of creditor governancemechanism, exert self-discipline organizations and intermediary organizations of external binding, promotethe rapid development of manager market);5, to optimize the internal governance mechanismestablishment of the Family Council (, standard operation, clear the board of shareholders supervisors andthe division of responsibilities, management buyout).
