As the only agricultural policy banks in Zhumadian for now, Agricultural Development Bank Zhumadian branch has tried many ways to meet the needs of the new rural types loans such as loan term, loan rates, mortgage-backed etc. and also provides a strong support in promoting the Zhumadian coordinated regional economic development and new countryside.I made a detailed introduction of the relationship between CADB Zhumadian branches and the new rural construction supply and demand of credit funds on the basis of CADB Zhumadian Branch operation status. Stated specifically what the CADB Zhumadian City branch has done in supporting new rural construction and at the same time, the analyedthe external difficulties the Agricultural Development Bank has to overcomed. In weakening the situation itself caused by a variety of reasons due to institutional and problems to analyze the causes; then introduce dadvanced experience and specific practices in supporting domestic agricultural development by policy banks in the United States, Japan and other countries.
