Recentally,the instability of price of agricultural products and unsmoothness ofdistribution of agricultural products has become the bottleneck of agricultural developmentand obstacles of increase of famers’income as well as one of the important factors ofinflation and discontent of city residents.Through the price fluctuation of agriculturalproducts, too many links, unsmooth channel, high transaction costs, lag of system reformsand other factors play the important role.As result,establish a modern agricultural circulation system which is suitable for thedevelopment of market-oriented economy and modern agriculture,is the effective way topromot the sell of agricultural products, the efficiency of agriculture,income of famers anddevelopment of countryside.Besides,its also a effective measure to plan the city andcountryside development and required by current changes of distribution methods andcompetition of international agricultural products.This thesis,analyzes the causes of current price fluctuation of agriculturalprodcuts,summarizes the relations of factors result in flow of circulation,based on theadvanced experience of developed countries,try to propose countermeasures to improve ofagricultural circulation system of china.
