Research On The Circulation System Of Agricultural Products In Hebei Province

Since reforming and opening to the world for 30 years, the agriculture of our country has already said good-bye to the age when agricultural products supply were in long-term short, and has stepping into a new developing stage which contains basic balance of total amount, surplus during good years, some agricultural products supply in surplus. In such cases, there are some unhealthy phenomena, agricultural products have structural, seasonality, regional surplus, the contradictions between small-scale peasant household's and large market are aggravation, bad circulation of agricultural product is one of the important factors for hindering the agriculture and rural economic development, increasing peasant income and even stability of the countryside. The principal contradiction of agriculture further developed has already been turned from the production field to the circulation of the market field. And circulation system of agricultural products is not only determining the subject market behavior, but determining its speed, depth and range and the way and method of agricultural products circulation, therefore, it is directly or indirectly influencing the agricultural products market development and the development of agriculture of our country.Since reforming and opening to the world, Hebei province has made substantial advance agricultural products circulating system. But similar to other regions of our country, some problems still exist; we must resolve it which even hinders the agricultural products normal to circulate. Therefore, studying the problem of Hebei agricultural products circulation system has current significance at present stage. However, we can see, America,Holland and South Korea ,that lead into the correct path and summarized many experiences, these were worth us profiting from it, create system to apply to us. The agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, only when agriculture is fully developed can other industries have the foundation of the development. Therefore, the research refer to the circulation system of Hebei agricultural products has positive meaning for development Hebei agriculture industrialization, the development of agriculture, and ramming foundation of the development of the national economy.On the basis of explaining the basic theories of agricultural products circulation systems, we analyze the current situation and existing problems of agricultural products circulation systems in Hebei, profits advanced experiences from the domestic and foreign, and proposed the countermeasure to consummating the agricultural product circulation system in Hebei Province. This text is formed by seven chapters: in chapter 1, we introduced the research significance, the mentality, the method and the innovation spot; in chapter 2,we summarize from theoretically for the problem of agricultural products circulation; in chapter 3,we has reviewed the agricultural products circulation systems and the current situation in Hebei. In chapter 4, we profit advanced experiences from the domestic and foreign, we choose Heilongjiang, Guangdong and Shandong in domestic, and choose U.S.A, Holland and South Korea in foreign; in chapter 5, we analyze the problem in agricultural products circulation systems of Hebei; in chapter six, we proposed the countermeasure to consummating the agricultural product circulation system in Hebei Province; in Chapter seven ,we summarizes the main contents in this thesis.
