Logistics Supply Chain Management Improvement Of Electronic Manufacture

In the area of supply chain competition, the electronic manufacturer is facing acompetitive environment entirely different from that of the industrial economy. It is the keyfactor for the total supply chain to survive and develop in the competition that how to makeuse of new ideas, new methods to improve supply chain management of the electronicmanufacturer, making it deepen into each step of operation and supply chain managementand leading the “Made-In-China” to the safe place.In this paper, the author introduces the concepts, characteristics and developmenttendency of supply chain. Aiming at the situation and existing problems in supply chainmanagement of electronic manufacturer under supply chain environment in our country,the author discusses how to solve the problems of supplier management, EOQ andinventory management in the area of supply chain competition. On the basis ofsummarizing the theories of supply management, the author studies the supply chainmanagement of electronic manufacturer. In the end, taking A company, the formeremployer of the author, as an example, the author analyzes the existing problems of itssupply management, puts forward to some improvement suggestions in line with aboveanalysis, and try to find out a management process which can improve organizes’ supplymanagement efficiency and fit with modern supply chain management environment. Thestudy results of this paper are expected to offer some reference and suggestions for China’selectronic manufacturer in how to launch effective supply management.
