The Application Of Rfid And Middleware Technology In Spirit Warehousing System

Especially in the RFID tag encoding. although EPCgloble proposed some standards, but it is also difficult to implement a wide range of application, and the standard is also in formulation process.This research work is divided into the following sections:Firstly,the paper analyzed the Lang spirit warehousing environment,presented the technology reference scheme.For example,the pallet tag、product tag、shelf tag adopt different technology reference for choosing.As the frequencies and the quality requirement are different for them.Then the paper choosed the right middleware and configured it in the system,the paper also designed the EPC label code.and Label’s three memory sub-area.and designed the shelf tag code and pallet tag code.it can easily used for the integration of the system and management of ERP.In the database.it established different code library for productsn pallets and shelves.It can easily inqire the the supply chain business experience of goods.So that the product could be found easily and managed easily.Lastly.the paper analyses the process of warehouse management of high-end brand of Langjiu using RFID system and middleware technology.and then put forward framework proposals.
